Website and Enrollment Terms

These terms describe use of the Vision Academy Microschool website and summarize key published program policies. A signed enrollment agreement provides the full terms for a student’s services. If a scholarship program imposes requirements, those requirements apply to scholarship-funded services.

Website inquiries

Sending a contact form or receiving a response does not enroll a student or reserve a place. Program availability, schedule, services, and eligibility are discussed before enrollment is confirmed. Parents and guardians should provide accurate contact information and avoid sending sensitive student or medical details through the website form.

Tuition and registration

Published monthly prices describe the listed schedules. The annual registration fee is $150 and is nonrefundable. Monthly tuition is nonrefundable once instruction for that month begins. Payments for future services and scholarship-funded payments will be handled according to the enrollment agreement and applicable scholarship program requirements. Any additional services or fees should be agreed to before they are charged.

Pickup for in-person students

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must pick up the student by the end of the agreed schedule. A late pickup fee of $1 per minute applies after the scheduled pickup time until the student is picked up. Please contact Vision Academy as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

Scholarships

We welcome inquiries from Step Up for Students families. Scholarship eligibility, covered services, reimbursement, and payment timing depend on the applicable program and its rules. Website descriptions do not guarantee that a particular expense will be covered. Any required refund of scholarship funds will be handled under the applicable program rules.

Program information may be updated. Please contact us to confirm current availability and the terms that apply to your student before enrolling. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial review of our programs; please do not misuse the contact form or copy site content for commercial use.
